Abstract

This research project addresses the diversity issues facing World of Beer (WoB) as it moves forward in the 21st century. Utilizing a Team Diversity Audit to examine both the external and internal environments of the organization, we will determine whether the company is diverse or not. If we find that World of Beer is diverse, we will determine how diverse they actually are. If we find that WoB lacks diversity, we will find the plan of action WoB has to become more diverse. We believe that WoB must address these issues in order to be competitive in today’s fast-paced and highly vibrant food and beverage business. Furthermore, we will provide our findings as to how the company should respond to the diversity issues identified. Key socioeconomic forces on the industry will be addressed as well. Additionally, our internal analysis will focus on World of Beer’s values and ethics awareness program for the organization and for their customer and how it relates to their inclusion standards and strategy.
