Abstract

This research project is an organizational diversity audit conducted on Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additional information was found in the student handbook, in the employee policies and procedures, in the university’s training materials, journal articles and in the course textbook “Managing Diversity” by Michalle E. Mor Barak. The audit includes an Optimal Diversity and Inclusion System Check-Up and a Diversity and Inclusion Audit Check-Up. Furthermore, the audit report releases the results of interviews of current faculty and staff from the university about the diversity and inclusion culture of the institution. Moreover, the report also includes suggestions to solve issues and concerns which were uncovered.
