Description
The Administration has proposed shifting the focus of the Government's synfuels program to the Synthetic Fuels Corporation (SFC) and would assign to the SRC and responsibility to assist major synfuel plant construction projects. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), currently involved in the management and would discontinue its activities in this area.
