Description
The proliferation of Scud-Class missiles and the political readiness to employ them, as evidenced during Desert Storm, has created an uneasy international environment. Versions of this class of missile will find their way into many arsenals across several continents. Through cooperative early warning of ballistic missile attack and appropriate passive and active defense measures we may contribute to deterrence and a world peace through vigilance and diligence.
