Biography

Thomas leads IATA’s consulting team in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, which solves complex problems that airports, airlines and regulators face as the industry prepares to double in size over the next fifteen years. Thomas’ background includes 18 years of management advisory experience across the aerospace and aviation value chains, including the last ten years leading PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) aviation practice in the Middle East. His functional expertise is in operational strategy and supply chain innovation. He holds a Master of Management from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, an MBA from the George Washington University, and is currently doing his PhD in aviation with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a specialization in operations. He holds various certifications including a private pilot license, an IATA Diploma in Aviation Studies, IATA instructor certificate, Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, APICS SCOR-Professional, and PMI Project Management Professional.
