Dr. Nicola Fox, is Chief Scientist for Heliophysics at the Johns Hopkins Univ. Applied Physics Laboratory and the project scientist for NASA’s “Parker Solar Probe” mission. She has a PhD in Space Physics from the Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine in London. Prior to her current position, she was a National Research Council Research Fellow at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center. She won the European Geophysical Society Young Scientist Awards in 93 and 95, an International Solar Terrestrial Physics Program Outstanding Performance Award in 1997 and NASA Group Achievement Awards in 1998, 2000 and 2013.
