Abstract
This untitled article, originally published at http://www.donga.ac.kr/~daudh/, first provides an overview of the Dong-A Herald, an English publication at Dong-A University and its mission before on to discuss extrajudicial killings worldwide.
IBPP Comment. IBPP applauds the efforts of The Dong-A Herald. Hopefully, The Dong-A Herald staff and all of us will go beyond tragic recitations of atrocity and paeans to a world without atrocity. How to prevent atrocity through applied political psychology-an extremely difficult question-should be the focus and future of all our efforts.
