Conference Hotel
NTAS has partnered with The Daytona, Autograph Collection, 1870 Victory Circle, Daytona Beach, FL, 32114, (386) 323-9777, to offer a reduced rate of $159.00 per night for the duration of the conference. The hotel is located within the One Daytona shopping plaza, approximately one mile from campus.
Please Note:
- Rates are effective the nights of Monday, February 26, 2024, through Thursday, February 29, 2024.
- Room rates are per night for single occupancy (standard 2 queen or standard king).
- There is a $20 daily destination fee, which includes gated self-parking, wi-fi, local calls, bicycle share program, beach chairs, and a $20 daily food and beverage credit at the hotel restaurant.
- All room rates are subject to 13.5% local sales and occupancy taxes.
- Group rates are not available for reservations made after January 25, 2024.
- If you call for reservations, please ask for the Embry-Riddle/NTAS Conference rate.

Conference Venue
All NTAS events will be held at the Mori Hosseini Student Union Center located at 610 Aeropsce Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114
Campus Parking
Visitor parking is available for a fee at the Embry-Riddle Parking Garage, located at 417 Aerospace Boulevard, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. Availability is first-come, first-served, with a maximum daily rate of $12.50. It is a short walk from the parking garage to the student union, where the conference will be held. Other visitor parking on campus is extremely limited and there is no reserved parking and no parking passes for the conference. Those in the Daytona Beach area may find a taxi or rideshare service to be more convenient.
