How did 9/11 affect you personally and or professionally?

It completely changed my career and my life. I served 3 tours as a civilian in Iraq rebuilding their aviation and transportation systems then managed airspace security for the U.S. I helped develop many of the post-9/11 security protocols.

What do you want future generations of professionals, particularly those going into your field, to know about 9/11?

Every day men and women rose above the tragedy to secure our nation and restore our economy. They are heroes.
