Biography
Angela holds a BA in Education from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG, Brazil) and completed an MA in Language Testing at Lancaster University (UK) in 2015. She has worked for ANAC (Brazil) since 2008 as a regulator, test developer and test administrator.
Her research interests include investigation into the effectiveness of the ICAO LPRs, the nature of English used in radiotelephony communications, and the development of valid, reliable testing criteria and tools to assess the aviation English language proficiency of both native and non-native speakers.
