Bio
Brian Gulliver is a project manager and the leader for spaceport development with RS&H, Inc., an architecture, engineering, and consulting firm with offices around the world. As a registered Professional Engineer, Gulliver has completed detailed studies, analyses, and designs for more than a dozen launch complexes and spaceports. Gulliver is considered an industry leader in the development and licensing of commercial spaceports with over a decade of experience with RS&H. He is currently consulting on the development of four commercial spaceports in several US states, including Hawaii, Texas, and Florida.
