Jorge Ferrand is the Director of Advanced Programs at Embry Riddle’s NextGen Testbed with Domestic and International growth responsibility, accountability and authority.
Mr Ferrand has over 30 years’ experience as a Director of Advanced Programs, Program Manager and Sr. Principal Engineer leading high performance, cross functional, diverse Teams to address challenging Customer opportunities and evolving business growth initiatives.
He has focused on growth initiatives during his tenure at Harris Corporation, Lockheed Martin, United Technologies and Northrop Grumman.
Jorge is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, REGIS Jesuit University, Darden Executive Business and the School of Hard knocks.
Jorge is married to his Bride of 33 years and has 3 Children. His hobbies include: Travel, Cooking and volunteer work.
He has taught multiple Coaching classes such as “Influencing without Authority”, “Constructive Confrontation” and “Effective Communications” to diverse organizations that include: Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Harris, Suicide Prevention and Crisis Center, INROADS and the Visiting Nurses Association Hospice Services.
