The AI Summit will takes place on November 4 and 5, 2025 Daytona Beach and Prescott campuses as well as virtually via Zoom Events. The theme for this year's summit is Soaring to New Heights: Pioneering Education and Aerospace Research.

This summit aims to bring together experts, researchers and educators from Embry-Riddle to discuss and explore the latest advancements in artificial intelligence within the aviation and aerospace sectors. It will be an excellent opportunity to share knowledge, collaborate on innovative ideas and contribute to the future of AI in our diverse fields.

This year's AI Summit has been expanded to two days and two locations. The conference will be live in person on both the Daytona Beach and Prescott campuses and attendees can also join virtually via Zoom Events. This new expanded format allows more time to share AI-related pedagogy and research initiatives that connect to the aviation and aerospace industries. In addition, this year we have expanded our list of presentations and are offering workshops.

During the conference expect:

  • Thought-provoking discussions
  • Research tech briefs
  • A discussion panel
