Description
Joe Hooper is assigned to FBI Phoenix as a Supervisory Special Agent and leads the Cyber program, which is responsible for cyber operations and investigations, and integrally involved with private sector engagement. With over 15 years in the FBI, he is a decorated agent recognized in the intelligence community as criminal and national security cyber expert. Prior to the FBI, he was honored to serve as a naval officer with multiple overseas deployments. Joe graduated from the United States Naval Academy with bachelor's degrees in oceanography, and from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a master's degree in cybersecurity management and policy.
