Biography
Ignatius serves as a Senior Executive in the Student Services Department of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Asia Campus. Asides to that, Ignatius is also an Instructor with the University’s College of Business, where he teaches courses ranging from Principles of Management to Organizational Behavior.
As both a Senior Executive in the Student Services Department and Instructor, Ignatius has a high level of interaction with students at the university. This experience has exposed him to find his newfound love in the study of people. Ignatius enjoys researching on the behavior of humans in the workplace, and his research interest includes Human Productivity, Student’s Academic Performance, and Leadership.
Ignatius also holds a Pilot’s license, and flies whenever he gets the chance to.
