Ricardo Aguila - Daytona Beach IP of the Month, January 2020

Ricardo is one of the most senior instructors on Team #4. He joined the Flight Department in summer 2016 and have demonstrated to be a great asset to the department. Since then, he has signed over 40 students with the majority of them being on the CFI course. Recently he was awarded the Excellence in Quality for achieving a 92% pass rate in 2019 with a total number of 13 students thru EOC. Ricardo is part of many responsibilities on the Team including ATM, Special VFR Commercial Project, evaluation and preprog activities, and the go-to IP for special assignments. He is a hardworking IP, professional all the time, and a pleasure to work with. Ricardo, congratulations on winning the IP of the month!
