Abstract
In this research, we plan to examine the practice of business to business and business to consumer sales. We are particularly interested in exploring the following questions: can the same strategies used for business to business sales be used in business to consumer sales, and if not, which method is more effective? Using the outside research, we will figure out which method is the most effective, if any. This topic interests us because everyone has a different perception on how the selling approach should be between the two methods. Having said this, a sale can depend on the judgment of the salesman on how to approach the needs of the prospect. We intend to find out more through online research.
