Biography
Omar McDoom teaches political science at the London School of Economics. He is the author of the Path of Genocide in Rwanda: Security, Opportunity, and Authority in an Ethnocratic State (Cambridge University Press, 2020). His research has beeb published in the Journal of Peace Research, Journal of Conflict Resolution, International Security.
