Biography
The author is a doctoral candidate at the Department of International Relations, University of Peshawar, Pakistan. He previously graduated from National Defence University and Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Currently, he is a lecturer of International Relations at National University of Modern Languages, Peshawar Campus.
