Abstract
The article discussed – Letter From Tripoli, by Tee Ngugi, a lecturer and a political and cultural commentator based in Windhoek - was posted on the November 5, 2003 issue of the online version of The Namibian. It may not be provided in Scholarly Commons due to copyright restrictions.
In the fictional letter “written by” Colonel Gadaffi to Thabo, the author discusses equally fictional weapons – the mosquito-armed warhead a Mosqlear bomb and its tsetse fly equivalent a Tsetsetomic bomb – and the supposed impact of sending them to modern colonizing powers.
