In the fictional letter “written by” Colonel Gadaffi to Thabo, the author discusses equally fictional weapons – the mosquito-armed warhead a Mosqlear bomb and its tsetse fly equivalent a Tsetsetomic bomb – and the supposed impact of sending them to modern colonizing powers.
