Transportation:

Hotel guests can book Fairfield Marriott shuttle service to transport up to 7 guests at the time from hotel to Embry-Riddle event center and organize pick up after the  meeting.

Rental cars are available at Daytona Beach/Orlando airport and free parking is available at Embry-Riddle during conference but hotels may charge a parking fee (visit their website).

There is no shuttle from Hard Rock to Embry-Riddle.
