Description

In the middle of the blazing Summer, my friends and I somehow decided that the best thing to do in the sweltering Florida heat and humidity was to go camping at Juniper Springs. At dawn, I was awoken to the clouds finishing a light drizzle, and I decided to spontaneously take a stroll down the wooden walkway. I had taken my camera with in case I had found some wildlife, but instead I hastily decided to capture a brilliantly lit fern with a spectacular spread of raindrops. I was surprised that after one quick shot I was able to obtain such a high quality, crisp photo. To this day, I consider it one of my favorite photos.
