Our conference is located at The Shores Resort & Spa, 2637 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.
Hotel Accommodations:
To be eligible for GAI pre-paid hotel room or room reimbursement, attendees must meet these requirements:
- Current Florida residents
- Live more than 50 miles away from hotel
- Register in Scholarly Commons
Hotel accommodations will be covered for the nights of Sunday, September 10, and Monday, September 11, 2023.
All other travel expenses and incidentals are the responsibility of the attendee. Note, you will need to provide a credit card upon arrival to cover any incidentals.
If you still need accommodations, we have a list of approved hotels below. We will reimburse your stay up to $240 a night (taxes and fees included) for attendees that live more than 50 miles away from the hotel.

Daily self-parking for guests attending the conference is free, but overnight and valet parking is not. Overnight self-parking is $5.00 a day.
If you need to cancel reservations, please notify The Shores and email dbgai@erau.edu within 48 hours of the conference. No shows will be responsible in paying for hotel accommodations.
