Biography

Matt has an intrapreneurial spirit with a track record of organically creating, developing, and executing innovative projects that add to companies’ value creation chain. Matt is currently part of the Project Planning team for AECOM’s Institutional Services Contract at National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Kennedy Space Center (KSC). As a certified Project Management Professional he serves on the board of the Project Management Institute Space Coast chapter and works to help teach the strategy and science of Project Management.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. He is currently working on his graduate degree MBA where he has focused on innovation, entrepreneurship and product lifecycle management. In addition, Matt serves as the Treasurer for the American Society of Civil Engineers Cape Canaveral Branch. He was awarded the prestigious Project Management Institute Educational Foundation’s scholarship for his leadership role with internationally diverse teams performing research in Florida Tech’s Center for Lifecycle and Innovation Management. Matt is also the recipient of this year’s Florida Tech’s Outstanding Student of The Year Award for his ability to amalgamate academia teachings, community service, and professional development.
