Biography
James Balmer received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1996. In 1998, Mr. Balmer was hired to support the general structural infrastructure needs at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. He later served as a structural engineer in support of the Titan and Atlas programs for Lockheed Martin Astronautics. From 2001 to 2017, Mr. Balmer worked in support of NASA KSC projects through RS&H. At present, Mr. Balmer provides aerospace structural engineering support as needed through his sole proprietorship as well as tutoring the leaders of tomorrow.
