Description
Talks were initiated within Boeing ISS Program management on how to eliminate the heritage boundaries between these groups and provide the NASA customer the very best value on ISS DDT&E and follow on Sustaining Engineering. It became clear that in order to properly support the program long term, the best way to organize for the remaining development work and subsequent sustaining activities was along subsystem and flight element lines.
