Abstract/Description

After the Lend Lease Act of March 1941 was enacted, the Arnold Scheme and seven BFTS were established, six during 1941 and one in 1942 (although this one was very short lived). This document briefly tells the story of the seven BFTS airfields and explains the difference between BFTS and the Arnold Scheme.
