Common Registration Questions

There is a planned maintenance outage for Registration on February 15th and 16th. Registration will not be available on these days. Registration will become available again on Monday, February 17th.

  1. Can I register onsite?
    • Yes, but only if there is space and we anticipate the conference filling earlier than this.
  2. When is the last day I can register online for the conference?
    • July 3rd, 2020
  3. Can I register for one day of the conference?
    • No, it is a flat registration rate.
  4. Is there a maximum number of people who can attend the conference?
    • Yes, registration will be capped at 250 individual participants. This does not include vendors.

  7. Do you offer any financial assistance to attend the conference?
    • The only financial assistance available to attend the conference is for the recipient of the Conference Sponsorship Award and the Student Conference Sponsorship Award.
  8. Is there a cost with attending the pre-conference workshops?
    • There is no extra cost to attend the pre-conference workshops.
  9. Will the conference be livestreamed?
    • We do not anticipate that the conference will be livestreamed.
