A3: Airspace & Air Traffic: Kristina Buelo
Kristina Buelo is a results-driven aviation professional with nearly 20 years of experience in advanced air mobility (AAM), air traffic control operations, training, and leadership. Kristina leads the FAA’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP) in support of safely and efficiently integrating AAM into the national airspace system (NAS). Prior to this role, she was the Operations Manager at the Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), where she led multiple initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety in the NAS. She is an advocate for continuous improvement and fosters professional growth in her teams. With a strong background in program implementation and cross-functional collaboration, Kristina has played a key role in major projects, including the Denver Metroplex Project and the deployment of an innovative spacing management system at the Denver ARTCC.
