B2: Florida's Aerial Network Entry Points and its Economic Impact, Greg Britton
Greg Britton is the State Director of the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network and the Florida APEX Accelerator, a coordinated statewide network and Florida’s largest provider of assistance to small and medium-sized businesses. In this role, he oversees more than 40 offices and 250 employees, executing statewide strategy and delivering value to Florida’s economy. A senior manufacturing executive with more than 25 years of experience across aviation, medical, oil and gas, and high-tech manufacturing, Britton has revitalized and led organizations in both the private and public sectors. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer of DEFENSEWERX, Interim Director of AFWERX Vegas, and Director of Strategic Business Development at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. Britton holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Trine University and currently serves as board chairman of SelectFlorida, and as a board member of the Florida Chamber Foundation, FloridaMakes, the Florida Economic Development Council (FEDC), and the Florida Department of Management Services’ Florida Advisory Council.
