B1: Integrating AAM Operations and Consumer Acceptance into Florida: Brett Fay
Brett Fay is the Vice President of General Aviation at Tampa International Airport, where he leads all operational and business functions for the Authority’s General Aviation system, including Tampa Executive, Peter O. Knight, and Plant City airports. With more than 15 years of aviation management experience, he provides strategic direction for system growth, infrastructure investment, and long-term development.
Brett plays a leading role in advancing Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) initiatives, supporting integration efforts across Tampa International Airport and its broader airport system. He serves as Co-Chair of the Emerging Aviation Technologies Committee for the American Association of Airport Executives and is a member of the Florida Department of Transportation’s AAM Advisory Committee.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Certified Member of AAAE.
