Jean Carlos "JC" Asencio leads Infrastructure and East Coast partnerships at Wisk Aero, engaging with airports, utilities, DOTs, and federal agencies to build the physical and regulatory foundation eVTOLs need to operate at scale. He has helped secure agreements across the East Coast and is shaping how autonomous air taxis land, charge, and grow in real cities. His roots are in MBSE and systems engineering, and that technical foundation still shapes how he thinks, even as his work has shifted toward policy, strategy, and partnerships.
