Telescope Observatory Tour

Dr. von Hippel and the Astronomy Club will take you on an informative and fun tour of the largest university-based telescope in Florida. This RC reflecting telescope is the same design used by NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope. Lifted 5 stories to its new home at the top of the College of Arts and Sciences in 2014, this telescope is the crowning jewel of our observatory.
