Call for Proposals

The Department of Humanities & Communication invites undergraduate students to submit proposals for the Humanities & Communication Student Research Symposium, a showcase of course-based and independent student research. The symposium highlights the critical, creative, and integrative thinking students develop while exploring communication, literature, languages, philosophy, ethics, and the arts.

Current undergraduate students from all majors at the Daytona Beach campus are encouraged to participate. This event provides an opportunity to present research in a professional yet supportive environment, receive constructive feedback, and share ideas with peers, faculty, and the campus community.

Event Details

Who Can Submit: ERAU Daytona Beach Undergraduate Students currently conducting research for a HU/COM course, independent study, or independent research project.

What to Present: Completed and in-progress research projects focused on humanities and communication topics.

Submission Deadline: April 20, 2026

Submit your poster for printing to the Office of Undergraduate Research by April 20, 2026, using the Print Request Form.
