Biography
Captain Tom Nichols has been a licensed pilot since 1970. He flew in the US Coast Guard (C-130), flew cargo during the famine relief in Ethiopia and Sudan and then flew commercially for Delta for 19 years. He then was in senior management with Air Astana in Kazakhstan where he became involved with preparing the pilots to meet the ICAO English language mandate. He remains busy instructing Delta 737 pilots in the simulator and is opening a FAA Part 141 flight school with a focus on foreign Ab-initio pilots, emphasizing Aviation English training.
