Biography
Haryani Hamzah is a licensed Air Traffic Controller since 2005 (currently non-valid). She holds an MPhil in English Language Studies, her final thesis “A Study of Pilot and Air Traffic Controller Communicative Discourse” and currently pursuing her PhD. Her research interest is in miscommunication, intercultural communication and communication strategies in aviation.
