2014: The Flight of Leadership: Putting the Pieces Together
The Flight of Leadership: Putting the Pieces Together is a conference sponsored by the scholars of the Leadership Enhancement Program (LEP) initiative of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Leadership within the academic workplace is a team effort comprised of diverse talents and built on the core common values shared throughout the university. Successful leaders are rarely built solely on their own accord, but by the inclusion of their dynamic team which brings greatness to the group as a whole.
On Friday, April 18th, 2014 the LEP Scholars would like to invite you to share in their journey. At the conference, you will have the unique opportunity to see highlights of the scholars’ quest to become better leaders. You will hear from many dynamic speakers, each with demonstrated leadership success, offering hands on activities and anecdotes to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the topics. You will be left with takeaways which can be incorporated into your own repertoire. By the end of the conference, expect to understand how each critical piece of the leadership puzzle ultimately joins together forming the Flight of Leadership.
