2015: The 'L' Factor: Redefining Leadership
The L Factor: Redefining Leadership is a conference exposing the distinction between the Art and the Science of leadership. Sponsored by the scholars of the Leadership Enhancement Program (LEP), this initiative exemplifies the effort necessary to harmonize and synchronize the diverse talents, values, and attitudes held by each individual member.
On Wednesday, April 29th, 2015 the LEP Scholars invite you to share their journey. You will hear from many dynamic speakers, each with demonstrated leadership successes and offering hands on activities and anecdotes to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the many facets of leadership. By the end of the conference, you will have deepened your understanding of the Art and Science of leadership and will be able to start to create your own “L Factor”.
