Abstract
A war has broken out between two stellar powers over the planet of Mars. Marines on the ground reflect over their current situation while observing the carnage over head in orbit.
Bio
I am Jacob LeTendre and I am a ENGL 355, Creative Writing student submitting my final project for the class. I enjoy writing these types of flash fictions and have had less-than-hobby experience doing it in the past. I enjoy reading historical non-fiction about naval conflicts in modern history and drew on that interest in writing my submission.
