Bio
My name is Michael, and I'm excited to share a bit about myself and my academic journey. In case you missed it from the previous post, I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. My journey to this point has been quite dynamic and rewarding.
I am actively serving in the Air Force, stationed in Nevada, which has been an incredible experience that has shaped my discipline, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Before joining the military, I spent a few years at a community college in Houston, Texas, where I earned my Associate of Science Degree. This foundational education ignited my passion for engineering and provided me with a solid base in the sciences. My time in Houston was instrumental in preparing me for the rigorous academic challenges that lie ahead in my pursuit of a bachelor's degree.
Outside of my professional and academic commitments, I have a variety of hobbies that keep me balanced and engaged. I am an avid outdoorsman, with a deep love for shooting, hunting, fishing, and all types of water sports.I believe that the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and creatively is crucial in engineering. Through creative writing, I hope to enhance my storytelling skills, which will enable me to effectively share innovative concepts and engage a broader audience.
