Abstract
This collection of poems explores the multifaceted experience of grief, delving into its emotional, psychological, and physical impacts. Through vivid imagery and intimate reflection, each poem seeks to capture the rawness of loss and the journey toward healing. The verses navigate themes of memory, longing, and acceptance, offering an authentic portrayal of the universal yet deeply personal nature of mourning. By embracing both the darkness and the moments of light that emerge through the grieving process, these poems aim to resonate with readers who have faced similar experiences, providing both solace and understanding.
