Biography
Gary Carter is an Assistant Professor in Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s College of Aviation and has served in various positions including Training Manager, Manager of Standards, and direct-contact Flight Instructor. In addition to classroom and one-on-one instruction, he has over ten years of experience in curriculum, manual and course-ware development for 141, 142, and 61 training programs. He has co-authored curriculum for two multi-national companies and has developed assessment tools and various training aids for both classroom and electronic environments.
