Biography
Dr. Donna Roberts is a Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty in the College of Arts & Sciences at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Worldwide campus, where she has held multiple leadership roles since 2003. Her research spans psychology and education, including topics like personality, aviation psychology, media psychology, and learning styles. She is a fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts and a member of the ERAU Jack R. Hunt Society.

With partnership from the Hunt Library, she has written and published the open textbook The Psychology of Resilience: Understanding and Enhancing Human Strength and Perseverance and looks forward to publishing a second open textbook.
