David Keck, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
Bill Thompson, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
Robert W. Eicher, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

How did 9/11 affect you personally and or professionally?

These conversations will spark a year of research by Embry-Riddle students and faculty members into all aspects of the 9/11 attacks as they relate to the aviation industry.

This research group will conduct interviews with alumni, faculty members, and other professionals, concluding in a week-long symposium held on the Daytona Beach campus in September 2021, marking the 20-year anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon just outside of Washington, D.C., and a terrorist-involved plane crash in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
