What were you doing on 9/11? (Or, What was your interviewee doing on 9/11?)
Dean Lisa Kollar discusses her experiences on campus in September 2001. She recalls the university’s response, including the need for providing accurate up-to-date information, caring for the personal and professional needs of students, and cooperating with the FBI’s investigation. (The investigation ultimately confirmed what she herself knew in her heart – that ERAU people love aviation too much to ever be involved in something like the 9/11 attacks.) She reflects on the things that make this community special, what sets us apart, and what we need to remember for the future.
