Bio
Emily Nightingale is a Science Policy Fellow at the Science and Technology Policy Institute, a Federally Funded Research and Development Center for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP). At the Science and Technology Policy Institute, Ms. Nightingale provides objective analysis on science and technology policy ranging from space and Earth observations to data management. Previous to her time at STPI, Ms. Nightingale investigated nanotechnology and innovation policies with the UC Santa Barbara Center for Nanotechnology in Society. Ms. Nightingale graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Global and International Studies, focusing in East Asian Studies.
