Commitment, integrity, confidence, wisdom, determination — all qualities that it takes to lead with purpose. At Embry-Riddle Worldwide, we believe that all of our students possess these qualities to some degree. And with guidance from the Department of Leadership, you can rise above and become a skilled, effective leader and business professional.

The Department of Leadership at Embry-Riddle Worldwide was created to equip students with the tools necessary to lead teams to success in business and elsewhere. Led by Dr. Daryl Watkins, a leadership professor and coach, the department is especially suited for mid-career professionals who are ready to put their learned principles into practice while they earn their degrees. His faculty team includes members who are experienced in business as well as leadership positions in aviation and economic sectors.
