Each semester, ERAU-DBs AIAA hosts a networking forum called Meet the Geeks. This forum is a speed-mentoring event designed to give future engineers an insight to what the aerospace industry is like and what the industry expects in new hires prior to the Career Fair. Students can expect recruiters and HR personnel from their favorite companies, as well as engineers working on projects that students hope to emulate.
