Joe Snow (standing right), Prescott graduate. Joe works with Douglas Aircraft Company's detail parts inspectors providing them with a set of working instructions to inspect supplier provided machine parts. Joe also provides an interface with the various suppliers to assure they understand the Douglas requirements needed to produce a quality product.
